The Business Professionals of America (BPA) organization at the Washington County Career Center elected its chapter officers recently. The chapter includes students from the Digital Marketing and Graphic Design & Video Production programs.
Officers for the 2019-20 school year are:
Co-President, Casondra, is a junior from Fort Frye enrolled in the Graphic Design & Video Production program. She is the daughter of Edward and Julie of Lowell.
Co-President, Hallie, is a senior from Warren enrolled in the Digital Marketing program. She is the daughter of Paul and Stacy of Marietta.
Vice President, Maddison, is a senior from Belpre enrolled in the Digital Marketing program. She is the daughter of Dave and Marla of Belpre.
Treasurer, Katana , is a junior from Frontier enrolled in the Digital Marketing program. She is the daughter of William of New Matamoras and Tanya of Rootstown, Ohio.
Secretary, Myka, is a senior from Warren enrolled in the Digital Marketing program. She is the daughter of Mike and Peggy of Stockport.
Historian, Eleri, is a junior from Fort Frye enrolled in the Graphic Design & Video Production program. She is the daughter of Larry and Shelly of Beverly.
Parliamentarian, Maggie, is a junior from Marietta enrolled in the Graphic Design & Video Production program. She is the daughter of Tim and Johnine of Marietta.
The Information Technology programs are a combination of high-level academic courses and state-of-the-art technology courses. The programs of instruction provide opportunities for students to prepare for and achieve career objectives in business and computer occupations. Business Professionals of America is a student organization for high school and college students that help prepare for a world-class workforce. Through co-curricular programs and service, members compete in technical competitions, develop leadership skills, network with one another and professionals across the nation, and get involved in community service.
