Ohio Talent Ready Grant
The objective of the Talen Ready Grant is to grow and expand workforce credentials and increase the number of Ohioans with a credential. The Talent Ready Grant will provide financial assistance up to, but not exceeding, $3,000 to eligible students enrolling at The Career Center - Adult Technical Training to obtain their training and certification. Eligible programs for the grant must be less than 900 hours.
Guidelines
Must be a current resident of Ohio.
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and accept any need-based state or federal grants to which you are entitled.
Provide proof of selective service registration (if applicable).
Awarded applicant must maintain a 2.0 GPA and 90% attendance each quarter.
Awarded student may receive up to $3,000, not to exceed total program cost.
Awards are disbursed Quarterly.
Priority deadline is 3 weeks prior to the start of the quarter.
