Classroom and shop experiences enable the student to become proficient in the installation, repair and maintenance of domestic and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems.

Instructors are skilled individuals who have retired after many years of working in HVACR or who work in the trade every day.
Internships may be available for students that qualify.
Classroom & shop experience will include:
Theory and application of basic principles involved in the conditioning of air
Operating characteristics of various types of equipment
Use of technical reference manuals
Diagnosis of malfunctions
Repair and adjustment of equipment
Repair of electrical control systems
Refrigerant handling methods
Sheet metal fabrication
