Understand the fundamentals of sales and retail operations.
Sit for the Customer Service and Sales certification exam issued by the National Retail Federation (NRF) Foundation.
Sit for the Retail Industry Fundamentals certification exam issued by the National Retail Federation (NRF) Foundation.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Upon course completion the student will be eligible to sit for the Customer Service and Sales and Retail Industry Fundamentals credential exams oered by the National Retail Federation (NRF) Foundation.
