The Career Center Chapter of the National Technical Honor Society will be sponsoring a canned food drive during the week of November 16-20. The winning class will receive an Ice Cream Sundae party sponsored in part by GWB Foods and WCCC NTHS Chapter. All non-perishable cans, boxed and bottled food items can be submitted. WSCC Fall 2009 Open House
November 2nd, 2009 | College & CareersWashington State Community College will hold it’s Fall 2009 Open House on Sunday, November 8th from 1:00-4:00 P.M. All students that attend the Open House will also be eligible for WSCC’s new “Priority Enrollment Process” which enables students to gain priority status in all aspects of the enrollment process, including financial aid, advising, and registration.

OGT Test Dates
October 7th, 2009 | College & CareersAny Career Center student who hasn’t passed a portion of the OGT will be testing during the week of Oct. 26-30. The schedule is as follows:
Mon. – Reading
- Tues. – Math
- Wed. – Writing
- Thurs. – Science
- Fri. – Social Studies
Tests will begin at 9:00 a.m. and finish at 11:11 a.m.
General Test Taking Tips:
- Encourage your student to get plenty of rest the week of OGT testing
- Ensure that your student eats a healthy breakfast on the morning of testing
- Encourage your student to be confident in their ability and to give their best effort
